To all of our volunteers!
First off, I would like to take a moment to thank you for donating your time to our event this year! This honestly isn't possible without amazing souls such as yourself and we are honored and very grateful.
I wanted to follow up with you quickly to see if you are still interested in joining us May 12th. I have a short/basic timeline of events that I wanted to share with you as well and I will share the event location a few days before.
11:00am: Access to event space and set up 2:00pm: Survivors arrive 6:00pm: Event wrap up and tear down
Also a note about confidentiality. You will be required to sign a confidentiality agreement the day of. This means you cannot take pictures of the event, you cannot post to social media, etc. This is to ensure the safety of all attendees and we hope you understand.
If you have any questions at all between then and now, please feel free to reach out! Also, our "official" volunteer t shirt for the day of can be purchased here if you wish (white shirt with black vinyl, black shirt with white vinyl, and grey shirt with black vinyl are all fine! Or whatever combo you wish). It is not mandatory by any means we just figured it would be easier for the survivors to identify those working the event.
